Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall take place in Nashik, Maharashtra. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
